Grief Support Services

Although death is a natural part of life, losing a loved one can be very challenging. Hospice of Lenawee’s Bereavement Department offers support to those families who we have served as well as anyone in the community who has suffered a loss. We are here if you need someone to talk to, or if you want someone that will listen. Due to generous community support, there are no fees associated with our bereavement services. Our services are outlined below.

Hospice of Lenawee offers bereavement counseling to members of our community free of charge. If you are interested in receiving individual bereavement counseling, please complete the Request for Services Form.

The Kaleidoscope Programs aims to provide grieving youth with temporary support and guidance following a loss. Services can take place at the Hospice of Lenawee office or within Lenawee County schools. For more information regarding the Kaleidoscope Program, please click here.
