The Hospice Home Care Aide supports the mission of Hospice of Lenawee by providing and assisting with personal care and/or selected housekeeping services in order to meet the needs of the Hospice patient..
Must have valid driver license and automobile with current insurance.
♥ Contingent Hospice Home RN ♥
The Hospice Residence RN supports the mission of Hospice of Lenawee through direct care to patients and their families at the Hospice Residence. The ideal candidate will be available for day and night shifts.♥ Contingent Home Care RN ♥
The Home Care RN supports the mission of Hospice of Lenawee through providing and directing care to patients and families based upon the philosophy, policies and procedures of Hospice of Lenawee. Hospice of Lenawee's business casual attire policy strives for a balance between the need for safety, professionalism, increased recognition in the community, and the desire to support comfort and self-expression. For our direct care staff, scrubs in solid black, pewter gray, or eggplant are appropriate. White is also acceptable as a scrub jacket. Team Members engaged in work representing Hospice of Lenawee must wear HOL logo apparel while working with patients, families, clients, and in the community. The below list contains approved scrub brands and lines (solid black in any brand is acceptable) that match the Hospice of Lenawee colors. Other brands and lines may be approved if they are a match.
